We provide web development, branding, digital strategy, and related consulting services. Deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in written proposals or agreements. Any changes requested after project approval may result in revised timelines or additional fees.

We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with ethical standards or legal obligations.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, code, and materials created by Irvandoda remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer in accordance with the project agreement. We may showcase work in portfolios or case studies unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely approvals during collaborations.
• Ensure that submitted materials (e.g., assets, copy, brand guidelines) are properly licensed.
• Use delivered assets in compliance with applicable laws and usage terms.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment schedules are outlined in project proposals. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is paused or cancelled by the client, completed work will be invoiced according to the agreed rate.

Late payments may incur interest or service suspension until the account is settled.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence and reliability, Irvandoda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or customer feedback. Revisions become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
